Development updates

Evidence, not filler.

Meaningful Nulx Linux milestones are published when a defined gate passes or a public-facing capability changes. Private vulnerabilities, credentials, internal paths, and unapproved artifacts stay private.

Nulx desktop-style correction passes source gates

Fresh-user Plasma-style activation, a Nulx-owned workspace Pager frame, and stricter runtime probes now pass source, secret, ISO-build, and static-validation gates.

  • The correction explicitly applies and reads back the Nulx desktop style, with rollback if the expected style is not active.
  • The new private ISO build completed successfully. Exact-hash visual and interaction runtime acceptance is still required, and no public download has been released.

Installed-session diagnostic gate passes

After manual authentication, the accepted development candidate completed the installed identity, storage, package, service, network, license, theme, lock, unlock, logout, and greeter-return checks.

  • The evidence belongs to one exact private development candidate and remains a regression baseline for later builds.
  • Installer profiles, broad accessibility, Secure Boot, physical hardware, and final release signing remain later gates.

Official Nulx Linux website enters production

The official public website launched at nulxlinux.com with a private source repository, static Astro build, Cloudflare Pages delivery, HTTPS, restrictive security headers, and no public ISO.

  • The website repository and operating-system repository remain separate and private.
  • Public release metadata fails closed until an approved artifact, hash, signature, and release record exist together.
