Create a USB

Prepare removable media after the Nulx beta is released.

Wait for the approved ISO

There is no official image to write yet. USB instructions and tested utilities will be finalized after the release candidate passes USB boot validation.

Preparation

  • Read the release notes and verify the ISO.
  • Back up the USB drive and identify it carefully.
  • Use the image-writing method documented for that release.
  • Select the USB device in your computer's firmware boot menu.

Writing an image erases the selected device. Never choose a device by drive letter or size alone.
